This collection contains microfilm reels of registers from various schools in the Iroquois County School District.
Registers from Pittwood School (1896, 1902-1911), Columbia School (1902-1909), Victory School (1901-1909), Elgin School (1910-1917, 1923-1929), Center School (1923-1936), and West Watseka School (1912-1924) are included in the microfilm reels. The registers document student grades, promotions, behavioral problems, and absences, as well as textbooks used, course outlines, and school visitors.
Mrs. H. Edmond Pratt loaned the registers to the Illinois Historical Survey, predecessor to the Illinois History and Lincoln Collections, for microfilming in 1972.
