This collection consists of four copies of a broadside advertising the sale of a farm in Geneva, Illinois. The acreage of the farm is covered on each broadside by United States Internal Revenue stamps. The details on the advertisement promote how close the land was to the growing towns of Kane County, Illinois, with excellent railroad facilities and an "abundance of Wood and Water." Those seeking more information on the property were directed to contact an O.W. Perkins.
The materials in this collection were transferred from the Funk ACES Library to the Illinois History and Lincoln Collections in 2022.
