A note in RS 2/12/15 reads:
"On the front row, starting from the right are:-
Dr. Davidson Nicol - Principal, F.B.C.
P.C. Kenewa Ngamanga
Dr. W. N. Thompson - Chief of Party
P.C. Yumkella II - Minister without Portfolio.
In the back row, on the extreme right is Mr. Max A. Bailor Principal, Albert Academy. A closer look will pick out Mrs. L. Hyde-Forster and Mr. C. Davies."
