Description: NCTE College Forum Committee Files contain memoranda, letters, correspondence; agenda, minutes, notes, transcripts of College Forum Committee, College Forum Strategic Planning meetings and Executive Director meetings in order to represent an organizational unity of four groups, College Section, Two-Year College Association (TYCA), Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC), Conference on English Education (CEE) and their interests (1995-2003); Request for Reconstruction, Implementation, Retreat and Approval, Annual Convention reports, financial reports, Executive Committee summary and decisions; Coalition on the Academic Workforce (CAW) Conditions of Part-Time/Adjunct Committee (2001) and Part-Time/Adjunct MLA survey reports (1999), including Preparing Future Faculty grant proposals, grant correspondence, grant agreements (2000-02).  Also includes a meeting report; a proposal from initial meeting to establish the College Forum; and a chronological record of the pursuit of inclusion in American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) and the formation of the College Forum.
