Pamphlet created by the Union of Professional Employees at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign addressing concerns about unionization in order to give University staff "the necessary information to decide whether they wish to have the Union speak and work for them."  A Billy Morrow Jackson cartoon of a man wearing a barrel, commenting on inflation, tenure, and retirement plans, appears on the front and back covers.
