Description: Annual Student Directories, published by the University Press (since 1902) and commercially (1898-1901), listing students at the Champaign-Urbana campus by name, college, year, local address and phone and home address. The Directories show office hours and the University Calendar. For 1903-1917, issues include incidental information of the location of fraternity, sorority and club houses; officers of the Illinois Union, Athletic Association and the YMCA. Before 1956, during 1967-1968, and after 1973, the Student Directory included the faculty directory (name, degree, position, rank, and local address) and the official telephone directory (since 1907). After 2012, the new "Campus Directory" lists campus unit contact information and all other information is available on the University of Illinois website.
