Born Digital Records from the Archives Alumni Oral History Project Files, contains recordings and transcriptions of oral histories (2000-2001) conducted by the Student Life and Culture Archival Program, to University of Illinois alumni who graduated in 1927 through 1939. The interviews regard student life on campus, including education, rules and regulations, social and extracurricular activities, financial impact of the Great Depression, diversity of the student body, national events, and life after college. Also included is project background material including interview questions and project publicity.
