Caption on reverse reads: "Six Minute Cake -- That's all the time it took to stir up the luscious angel food cake which Miss Georgia Moon, of Bushnell, Ill., and a senior in home economics at the University of Illinois College of Agriculture, displays for cake enthusiasts. Miss Moon developed the six-minute mixing method herself in an experimental cookery course by using an electric mixer for the entire procedure. She guarantees a good product every time."
