The series includes correspondence, budgets, publications, interview notes, and research material on "Bargaining & Budget-Making in Illinois Public Institutions" (1970-79), "Labor-Management Committees In Illinois" (1977-80), "Midwest Public Employee Bargaining: (1972-76) & "Labor in Illinois" (1978-87).
