The series contains Kiler's papers as Champaign County chairman of the Omer N. Custer for governor campaign (February - April, 1932).
The series includes Kiler's personal correspondence (1923-27) concerning Sigma Chi, Retail Furniture Associations, University of Illinois Alumni Association, football tickets, American Red Cross and Kiler family activities. Principal correspondents include William Kiler, George Ade, Carl Stephens, Charles Deneen, William B. McKinley and Edward E. Barrett. The series contains the Federal income tax records (1922-37) and real estate tax receipts (1920-37) of J. Q. Kiler, nephew of C. A. Kiler.
