Scope and Contents of the Materials

John J. Joseph Papers contain correspondence and speeches of Joseph regarding ATO High Council business, chapters, alumni, and public relations; also includes correspondence regarding Omicron Delta Kappa honorary society.  Joseph was initiated into ATO at Ohio Wesleyan in 1920 and was a prominent Ohio businessman.  He also attended Western Reserve Law School. Joseph served as Chief of Province VII (1937-46) and member (1946-58) and Chairman (1954-58) of the High Council.
