Correspondence file consisting of form letters and press mailings from Alpha Tau Omega national officers, executives, and committees to chapter members and officers, province chiefs and alumni. Approximately one-half of this series originated with the executive secretary, typically addressing chapter administration, rushing, biennial congress preparations, scholarships, alumni relations and placement of graduates. Materials from working Grand Chiefs relate to new chapter petitions, by-law amendments, and disciplinary actions. Committee mailings include questionnaires on membership selectivity clause and home management, as well as programs for ATO centennial. Form letters from The Palm editor, other officers, and executives are also included.
