Scope and Contents of the Materials

Papers of Frederick Stanley Rodkey (1896-), professor of history (1929-57) including reprints of scholarly articles on Turkish and Russian history and personal views on war and diplomacy. Most of the later articles relate to Rodkey's World War II service as an officer interested in psychological warfare. This series includes 34 glass slides of building and street scenes in Greece and Turkey (ca. 1930), and a file on the Macedonian Political Organization, 1927-34.
