Black and white photograph of the construction of the McKinley Hospital Addition. Part of a car is visible in the lower left corner. The ground is covered in various building materials and mounds of dirt. A cement foundation is seen in the middle of the phtograph. The trees are bare and the hospital windows are closed. Several workers are talking together near the trees.
