Sharp, Librarian and Director of the Library School (1897-1907) on library history, bibliography, library administration and organization, library facilities of graduate schools, publishing and binding and used to teach Library Science at Armour Institute (1893-1897) and at the University Library School.

The file includes teaching plans, bibliographies, exercises, examinations, newspaper clippings, sample forms and advertisements concerning library education, legislation and public libraries.
