Description: AALS association handbook is an annual publication including AALS organizational structure and bylaws, a listing of officers and members and their responsibilities, Executive Committee regulations, Articles of Incorporation, statements on accreditation of law schools, recruitment of faculty, and professional responsibilities of law professors, on Pass-Fail grading and Bar Examinations, rules of procedure for AALS House of Representatives, Standing, Special, and Planning Committees, Joint Task Forces, delegates to other organizations, and Section chairs for the coming year. Beginning in 1998, the statement on accreditation was changed to a statement on membership review.
