Crist, 1709 Sheridan Street, Whiting, Ind. (center) and Betty J. Bedale, Quincy, Ill. (right) who are in a special course being given at the University of Illinois to prepare Civil Service radio technicians for work with the Army Signal Corps at Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio. The instructor shown in [sic] Albert J. Bailey."
