Series 1: Personal Papers, 1946-2000

Consists of Stagg's personal papers seperated into three subseries pertaining to her collegiate studies (1946-1971), community engagement, and personal reflections (1962-2000). Materials under collegiate studes contains notebooks, personal research, school work, and a sound recording of her senior recital. Materials about community engagment contains documents about her church involvement, programs, and interests. Materials under personal reflections contain correspondence and manuscripts.

Sub-Series 1: Collegiate Studies, 1946-1972

Consists of materials related to Stagg’s academic studies at the University of Oklahoma, Yale University Divinity School, and University of Illinois. Materials include notebooks, research, course notes, transcripts, and a sound recording of her senior recital. Of particular note, this subseries contains Stagg’s research and thesis on Robert Schumann.

Sub-Series 2: Community Engagement

Consists of documents regarding Stagg’s church and school involvement, including membership in student organizations, church committees, and social justice movements.

These materials are seperated into three subseries which are administrative records, programming, and publicity and outreach.
