Stefan Schlegel has identified "Bottleneck" as originally appearing in in the comedy Charlie McCarthy, Detective (1939), then in the thriller Black Friday (1940), and then re-used in the music comedy Gals, Incorporated (1943).  He has also identified "Betty Lee" as appearing in the Rosalind Russell's comedy, Hired Wife (1940).
