The Asian American Association (AAA) was established in 1986 with the goal of promoting awareness, building an inclusive community, and to provide a space for students to explore the Asian American culture, identy, and experience.^{<span style="font-size: 8.33333px;">1</span>}<span style="font-size: 10px;"> </span>The AAA has grown into one of the largest midwest Pan-Asian organizations.²
