Alpha Epsilon Phi Records include meeting minutes (1958-80), roll books (1981-2010), photographs (1947-48, 1960s, 1990-2020), scrapbooks (1974-2010), photographic slides (1992), awards (1973-2013), and correspondence (2004) related to sorority and campus activities and events.

Biographical Note

Alpha Epsilon Phi is an historically Jewish national sorority founded in 1909. In 1918, the local sorority Delta Alpha Omega organized at the University of Illinois. In 1920, Delta Alpha Omega was installed as the Mu Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi. The installation banquet was held on May 4, 1920 at the Beardsley Hotel.
