Description: Legacy Systems Student Transcripts contain 16mm computer-output-microfilm (COM) on 109 reels include student academic records extracted from superseded electronic record systems (Longitudinal Database and UI-Direct) containing student academic record prior to the Fall, 2004 implementation of the Banner system and containing transcript records for students showing: student name and address; name of high schools or other prior colleges and universities attended; subjects, credits and school at which credit was earned; entrance date; college and course of study; degrees earned and dates; course name, number, hours and grade for each semester enrolled; thesis acceptance.
