Iris records (1908-1919) contain correspondence, constitution, bylaws, war service records, fraternity records of members, history reports, photographs, and minutes of local social fraternity that incorporated into Delta Phi in 1920, becoming the Tau Chapter of Delta Phi.

Delta Phi records (1920-2003) contain correspondence, history, housing and leasing contracts, building and property information, pledge manuals, membership directories, newspaper clippings and announcements about Tau Alumni, and financial statements. Also included are Alumni Association of Tau Chapter's minutes, rosters, correspondence, finances, and fund drives/campaigns. Records also contain publications of Delta-Phi Record, The Fleur-de-Lis, and the Delta Phi Bullentin.

Note: the Tau Chapter of Delta Phi became inactive in 2009.
