Papers of Shozo Sato (1933-) Professor of Art (1979-92), Associate Professor of Art (1973-78), Assistant Professor of Art (1970-72), Visiting Assistant Professor of Art (1968-69) includes correspondence, notes, scripts, playbills, news releases, lectures and demonstrations, promotional posters, awards, and honors, relating to Krannert Center for Performing Arts, Ikebana, Japanese tea ceremony, the creation, design, and construction of Japan House (1979-2005), and Kabuki productions of Achilles, Medea, Iago's Plot, Othello, Macbeth, and Madame Butterfly, and arrangements and press coverage of tours of Japan (1990-91) and Europe (1991).
