Caption on back reads, "For Chung Sul Youn, (2nd from left [second from right]), a surprise gift from the wife of the president of her nation climaxed Commencement. It was presented by Dean Joseph R. Smiley (right), LAS, while Miss Youn's mother and Pres. Lloyd Morey stood by. Miss Youn, 22, was graduated with highest honors and was first woman in more than 30 years to have majored in chemical engineering. She is from Seoul, Korea."
