Description:
View of a prehistoric Indian settlement site near Cahokia, that provides evidence that challenges the previously accepted sequence of settlements in in Cahokia. This evidence is in the east-west vs. north-south orientation of the houses. Also visible are holes, which are evidence of roof posts and benches within the house.
