Men Apply Paint to Train Car
The foreground figure controlls pressure valves on a sandblaster while the background man strips paint off the train car. The discoloration of the paint and the nozzle indicate that he is stripping paint rather than applying a new coat. Both figures wear masks mades of bandanas.
