Artifact 635: George "Dewey" Wright's Egg Crate
This egg crate belonged to George "Dewey" Wright, who attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the 1920s. He used this crate to carry eggs to campus and sold them to generate income. The Wright family was awarded the ACES Family Spirit Award in 2013. This egg crate was part of a corresponding exhibit located at ACES Funk Library. From the Wright Family Papers record series 41/20/261.
