Description: Bent Farms, Inc. Records contain correspondence, state and federal income tax returns, Illinois Corporation Annual reports, and report prepared by Doane Agricultural Service, Inc. (1970-78) regarding farm management, purchase and sales of livestock, tenant and board of directors' fees, settlements and season condition reports for Bent Farms, Inc. of Wayland (Granville Township, Putnam County) Illinois. This series also includes a 1976 history of the Hopkins House and a biographical Summary record of the Hopkins family which first settled the farm in 1835.
