Microfilm copies of Student Ledger cards from the Dean's Offices of the Colleges of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Nursing, showing name, address and residence classification of student; parent's or guardian's name and address; entrance and matriculation dates; college and curriculum; type and date of degree; school last attended; school accepted from and rank in class; admission units; course title, number, units or hours and grade for each semester; and information regarding comprehensive examinations and place of internship.
The fifth roll ends with two separate series: fifth year dental students (entered 1956, DDS 1960) and fifth year medical students (entered 1956, MD 1960). In the 1950's a standardized Admissions and Records Office ledger form for all colleges replaced the different systems which had been used in each college.
NOTE: This record series was transferred to the University of Illinois at Chicago's archives in 1981. Please contact the University of Illinois at Chicago for further information about these records.
