Caption accompanying image: LIVING-STUDY ROOM FOR UI COEDS. The seven new apartment buildings on Gregory Drive, to house 420 UI coeds, will have a 12X18 foot living-study room similar to that pictured above. This was set up in the apartment building at 53 E. John St. by Northwood, Inc., as a "guide" to University officials on just how the apartment can be used fro coeds. The threesome in the living-study room includes, left to right: Nancy Tyner,, Champaign, seated at a study table; Kathleen Schmidt, Urbana, Alpha Gamma Delta, looking over a magazine as she site in one of the lounge chairs; and Dolores Hodges, Urbana, Chi Omega, seated on the davenport which unfolds into twin beds.
