Student Employment Folders, including application jackets showing previous work experience, class schedule and personal data and employee record forms showing employer, type of work, date started, date completed and rate per hour.

Note: in 2009/2010, this series was re-processed to retain only a 10 percent systematic random sample (see series 41/4/6) and a subjective sample (see series 41/4/7).  Documentation on the sampling project can be found in series 41/4/4.

The first appearance of the Office of Financial Aid in the budget is 1969.¹ This is also the year it is first included in the Staff Directory.² The Office includes assistant directors for student employment, public information, systems development, and planning and fiscal operations.³ It combined offices for undergraduate scholarships, student loans, and student employment.⁴
