Audiovisual digital surrogates from the Ad Council: Campaign Videos, contain selected digitized audio cassettes and DVDs of record series 13/2/280 consisting of announcements and campaign videos by the Advertising Council. Digitized video recordings include campaigns relating to Employer Support of National Guard and Reserve, forest fire prevention, American Red Cross, fighting pollution, safe driving, U.S. Peace Corps, International Youth Exchange, crime prevention, child abuse prevention, gender equality, antidiscrimination, early childhood development, educational excellence, energy saving, nutrition, youth alcohol prevention, youth fitness health and services provided by national institutions and organizations (1984 -1989, 1997); as well as recycling campaigns Recycling for Environmental Defense Fund (1992); Buy Recycled Campaign (1994); two videos with mixed Ads from 1988 and 1989; and ads from the Campaign for Freedom (2002).

Original cassettes with video recordings can be found at record series 13/2/280: Box 1, Box 2, Box 11, Box 14, Box 18, Box 22, Box 26, Box 32, and Box 40.
