Haas Family Farm Records of Ralph B. (1916-25, 1928-36), Loren (1942-46, 1950-70, 1975-85), and Fabian Haas (1936-58, 1969) 160 acre farms in El Paso and Panola Townships (Woodford County).  Recorded on Illinois Farm Account Books (1925-46) and Illinois Farm Management Service Farm Business Records (1947-85), the records contain detailed information on farm operations for each year including an inventory of land, improvements, buildings and livestock; livestock fees and sales; dairy and egg sales; machinery, equipment and automobile inventory and operating expenses, map of the farm and crop-system summary; crops raised and sold; inventory of feed, grain and supplies; cash receipts and expenses; summary of expenses including taxes and unpaid family labor; capital purchases and sales; products used on the farm and a financial business analysis summary.  This series also includes Fabian Haas family and farm materials including photographs of farm and family, newsclippings on the farm and its management, (1936-61), correspondence (1946-58, 1981, 1984) with University of Illinois and other organizations about farm's management, and tables and presentations of Fabian Haas.
