Nolan, (1874-1959), Ph.D in Education, 1924; professor of agricultural education (1920-1942), including a scrapbook including photographs, clippings, and annotation by Nolan (1944), typescripts of addresses, sermons, Bible stories, verse, Bible class notes, and newsclippings, including "Nolan Screenings" (1923-1939), a column appearing in the newsletter Fan-Mill, (for Illinois teachers of vocational education), "Rural Life Reviews" radio program scripts broadcast over WILL (1930-1944), a scrapbook of "Homely Homilies," a column by Nolan which appeared in the Paris (IL) Beacon News (1948), "My Country School Days," published in the Phi Delta Kappan (1951).
