Item 1: Sentinels of Silence

Ancient Mexican ruins of Mayas, Toltecs, and Aztecs: pyramids, stone carvings, mosaics, temples, statues.  The sites are Tenochititlan Monte Alban, Mitla, Tula, Palenque, Chichen Itza, Uxmal.  Narrated by Orson Welles. 16 mm color film.  Directed by Robert Amram.

Item 2: Der Olympiade der Kinder (The Olympics by Children), 1972

Children's drawings of the Olympics at Munich in 1972.  No narration.  16 mm color film.  Produced by Brockner Trickfilm.

Item 3: World Treasure - Ours for the Voting, 1964

Television commercials supporting the bond proposition (Proposition A) to build an addition to the De Young Museum to house Brundage's Asian art collection.  The commercials consist of Brundage and a civic leader urging an affirmative vote.  San Francisco, 1964.  Black and white 16 mm.

Item 4: International Olympic Committee Tokyo Session, 1958

The 54th Session of the I.O.C. in 1958 showing scenes of Tokyo, Brundage, Japanese officials, Emperor Hirochito, and other Olympic officials.  The scenes include the opening session, inspection of athletic stadiums, social events, sightseeing in Western Japan (seeing shrines, temples, statues, and pearl diving), and the opening ceremonies for the 3rd Asian Games being held in Tokyo.  English narration. 16 mm black and white.  Produced by Asia Film Inc.

Item 5: Entrevista Saldano y Sr. Avery Brundage, August 15, 1968

Interview with Brundage concerning the Olympics to be held in Mexico City in October, 1968.  Interview in Spanish.  16 mm black and white.

Item 1: Auf Wiedersehen, Mr. Brundage, ca. 1972

A film portrait of Brundage.  Interviews with Brundage are overdubbed with a German translation.  A written re-translation into English is with the film.  Scenes include Brundage's eighty-fourth birthday party; interviews with Brundage  in Chicago, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and Lausanne; still photographs from Brundage's early career as an athlete and Businessman; still photograph with Brundage and major world figures (De Gaulle, Khruschev, Brezhnev, Pope Paul, Franco, and Hirohito);  Brundage's art collection; and Hitler opening Olympic Games in Gerlin in 1936. 16 mm. color.  By Horst Peets and Werner Schneider.
