The Department of Educational Psychology is the product of an administrative reorganization within the College of Education in 1962. The Department, along with six other departments established at that time, each with their own executive committees and chairmen, handled programs previously administered by nine divisions and five other administrative units.1 The Educational Psychology Department, in turn, consists of five instructional divisions as follows: Behavioral Foundations of Education, Human Development, Learning and Instruction, Personnel Services, and Quantitative and Evaluative Research Methodologies.2 The Department offers graduate work leading to master's, advanced certificate, and doctoral degrees.3
