Scope and Contents of the Materials

Papers of Joseph Kastelic (1914-73), Professor of Animal Science (1956-73), and head of the Department of Animal Nutrition (1964-73), containing reports, photographs, publications and brochures concerning Njala University and Sierra Leone (1964-66); reports, publications and brochures concerning Vietnam (1967-69), including photos and plans of a feed analysis laboratory planned for Saigon, and photos of Vietnamese markets, livestock and villages; also papers, publications and class notes by Kastelic. Also includes a 1:500,000 map of Sierra Leone, a 1:50,000 ordinance survey map of the Njala vicinity, and a 1:2500 plan of Njala University.
