ATO Chapter Officers' Leadership Conference Subject File (1940-72), containing correspondence, programs, publicity, reports, and training materials. Between 1946 and 1971 Chapter Officers' Leadership Conferences (known as Chapter Officers Conferences until 1969) were held independently in odd-numbered years, and combined with the ATO Congress in even-numbered years. After 1972 all Chapter Officers' Leadership Conferences were combined with Congresses. Materials in COLCs which were combined with Congresses are found in the ATO Congress Subject File.
