Agricultural Alumni Association File includes photographs of meetings, people, award ceremonies, and special events. It also includes historical information such as by-laws, board meeting minutes, annual reports, and district meeting reports plus correspondence, subject files, membership information, committees such as the Agiculture Development Fund and Food for Century III (1977-1983), and financial records, concerning meeting agendas, district reorganization, special events, assemblies, seminars, Gamma Sigma Delta, Epsilon Sigma Phi, graduations, budgets, and major correspondents such as Karl E. Gardner, F.H. Maynard, E. H. Regnier, Orville G. Bentley, and James R. Davies.
Appointed in 1943,1 the Associate Dean of the College of Agriculture is the director of resident instruction, including academic records and curricular activities, and serves as secretary of the college faculty. His functions were previously handled by an assistant dean.2
