Description: Bound annual reports on the condition and standing of ato chapters, compiled from reports of Province chiefs and indexed, including correspondence, summaries, reports containing chapter roll, financial information, initiates, alumni relations, lists of other campus fraternities, and other information about collegiate chapters. These reports and accompanying correspondence were bound and kept "in the office of the Worthy Grand Chief, until such time as the officer determines he does not need it, when it should be forwarded to the worthy Grand Keeper of Annals and be permanently preserved by him." Although chapter reports continued, the 1932 volume was the last in this format. See 41/95/1 for other reports.
