The University Ethics Office reports to the University President and has an additional reporting line to the Board of Trustees Governance, Personnel, and Ethics Committee.The Ethics Officer position was created well before 2005 but was grouped in as a part of the Office of University Audits. In 2005, the University Ethics Office was created as a separate unit with the University Ethics Office position becoming responsible only for ethics related matters.
