The series includes materials for articles and speeches about economics, education and public policy (1892-1943), manuscripts for books on money, university education and administration, a text on economics, working drafts of his autobiography, and books from his personal library. Photographs include pictures of family members and snapshots taken on trips to New Mexico, California, North Carolina, China, and the 4th Pan American Conference (Washington D.C., Chile and Argentina). Four scrapbooks are included; three contain newspaper clippings about Kinley, correspondence and programs (1891-1944) including programs of early talks on Social Reform (1891) and Socialism (1893); a fourth scrapbook contains photographs, obituaries, mementoes and letters of sympathy relating to Mrs. Kate Neal Kinley (1871-1931).
