Papers of Frederick Wilfrid Lancaster (1933- ), professor of library science (1970-  ), including correspondence relating to the administration of a training program in medical librarianship (1970-73) and notes, examination questions, student course evaluations, student personal data files for courses in library science, Lancaster's book, conferences and international universities.  Correspondents include applicants for the training program, officials in the Department of Health, Education, Welfare and the national Library of Medicine and administrators of health science library programs and international universities.  The series includes programs, announcements, papers and correspondence relating to the 9th to the 12th annual clinics in library applications of Data Processing (1972-75).
