Image appears to be Ananias Charles Littleton, Professor of Accountancy at the University of Illinois, standing in front of Altgeld Hall. A.C. Littleton was a bachelors graduate of Illinois in 1912, received his masters in 1918, and earned his Doctorate in 1931. Littleton was, at times, also an assistant dean to the College of Commerce and Business Administration before retiring in September 1952 before passing away at age 87 in August 1974.
