Admissions jackets filed by the Registrar as evidence of qualification for admission and academic standing and containing undergraduate admission applications, certificates of graduation from accredited high schools, correspondence, applications for admission to graduate standing, permits to enter Graduate College, study lists for each semester, change of program notices, applications for readmission, deferred grade reports, rebate orders, diploma acknowledgement requests, cards, clearance papers, change of study lists, students' petitions, photostatic copies of transcripts of work done at other colleges and universities, reports of action on transfer of credits, high school transcripts, memorandums of prerequisites to be made up and other documents.
