Consists of staff correspondence, meeting notes, budget matters, staff hiring searches, cassette tapes, a card catalog, radio programs, conference notes, and posters from Stagg's involvement as a producer and program director for WILL Radio. These materials are seperated into three subseries which are administrative records, programming, and publicity and outreach.

The first chair of various sections programmed a set list that featured their instrument and spoke very briefly about their thoughts on the music. Included sections are flute, viola, trombone, 2nd violin, clarinet, percussion, and tuba.
