Papers of James Marvin Weller (1899-1976), assistant professor of Geology, University of Illinois (1936-37), visiting professor of Geology, University of Texas 91956), professor of Invertebrate Paleontology, University of Chicago (1945-65), and member of the Illinois State Geological Survey Division (1925-45), including correspondence and manuscripts of Stuart Weller (Geology Department, University of Chicago, 1898-1927), research project reports in India by J. M. Weller and B. R. Mackay (1921), reports from 1937 China trip, correspondence and reports of National Research Council Committee on Stratigraphy (Weller, chair 1944-45), and Weller correspondence recommending R. C.
