Kappa Delta Pi Subject File includes account books, artifacts, correspondence, displays, manuscripts, minutes, notes, publications, reports, and research related to officers, committees, anniversaries, annual luncheons, copyright permissions, editorial board, financial statements, Friendship Hours, Harold Benjamin Fellowships, history, the establishment of a permanent home, convocation workshop proposals, and laureate information.

Oversized materials include large photos from convocations and annual dinners, (1928-1992) along with promotional materials for these events. Also includes an educational scrapbook by May A. Klipple, a photo of the Hotel Beardsley, the coat of arms and emblem designs for Kappa Delta Pi, layout for the cover of The Record and promotional material for Reading is Fundamental campaign.

Digital files include photographs of artifacts, such as pins, ribbons, gavels, banners, rubber stamps, glassware, and presentation materials on membership and chapter growth.
