In exchange for lands in Lambeth, Henry Budder agrees to "truly pay or cause to bee paid unto the above named William Page his executors administrators or assignes out or in his now dwelling house att Warwicke Lane and neere Newgate Margate in London the some of five hundred and thirteene pounds and fifteene shillings of lawfull money of England on the twelvte day of Aprill next ensuing the date above written".
